Christine and Con had what they wished for in the afternoon of August 19, 2012 - a wedding they will always remember for the rest of their lives. Set at rustic Woodsborough Log Cabin Homes in Tagaytay, the entire ceremony was blessed with rainfalls and strong gust of winds from the heavens.
The wedding was scheduled at 4:00 o' clock p.m. At around 3:45, the sky was already dark with occasional wind blows and slight drizzle.
Then the rain fell. It fell so hard that for a moment, having the ceremony indoors seemed like a better idea. But not for the couple. Seconds later, umbrellas were up, Con and Christine decided to carry on the ceremony as planned.
For photographers, the absence of light is a nightmare. Low light, is no way different. Having to shoot in low light, under the rain, umbrella on one hand and camera on the other was a totally different story. But no matter how difficult the job is, somebody's got to do it.
It helped a lot that Christine and Con remained calm and composed throughout the process. Despite the weather, which I'm guessing some thought as unfavorable, the couple never seemed to mind. There sure is no trace of stress and tension in their photographs.
To Con and Christine, thank you for making PixelBros a part of this momentous event. We wish you all the best and we hope to be present in the next milestones in your married life. God bless you both!
